Project Lincoln: LinkedIn Nebraska

LinkedIn's 2018 acquisition of Glint meant an imminent redesign for the smaller tech firm's existing offices throughout the country. Glint's Lincoln, Nebraska office would need to triple in size for future growth and meet LinkedIn's guiding principles in conjunction with their Workplace Design Guidelines. Conceptually, it is essential for all of LinkedIn's workplace projects to be largely influenced by the local culture and aims to avoid a "one-size-fits-all" template. Seeing as this project would is located in the Historic Haymarket District, once home to colorful boxcars on the railroad tracks, we used the ethos of a journey through Nebraska for the design concept.
